PRAY TELL
Born out of a love so deep not even Craven himself could model it, statistically or otherwise. Like that oft stolen card laminate, not an audible stone in any corner be safe from the unturning fingers of the Socco Duo (except for those that creep 'neath the nettles to make dirty calls on lost cameraphone scenario).
That is to say that this is Socco Chico. A Trans-Pennine Trance group hailing from two Yorkshire communities on the opposite sides of the Pennines. For a period the duo were based in Bristol, but now home is both here and the greatest of northern cities Newcastle.
At last Socco Chico exist somewhere outside of smoky bedrooms, and occasionally sticky clubs. For too long too many cups of tea, despite the separating 300 mile plank of present.
This is the sound of sickly sweet melodies colliding onto a cushion of glitched up beats and static underlay. Described as both "like listening to a ditch" and as "Pole playing Men At Work". And what greater accolade is there truly?
Not even four to the floor can stop us.
